Many say it’s impossible to make a good Resident Evil movie because the basic premise of the franchise is so cliched. The Resident Evil film series was creatively bankrupt, and featured starring Jovovich Mile, an actress who wouldn’t show any emotion if her life depended on it. However, I don’t hold out much hope, because the original films burned me. It promises a more faithful adaptation of the source video game series. The new movie takes a different approach.
